A striped blazer is such a staple piece to have in your wardrobe. I love the cut of this one and the gold button detail. I picked it up at Bell Jar in the mission. I last wore it here. Its been really nice in San Francisco lately and I have been taking full advantage. I love days when you don't need a coat. I hope you guys had a great Memorial day!

A while back, Whit and I partnered up with the amazing ladies over at Stitch Fix to feature some of our favorite items in special "Britt + Whit" fixes.  Naturally I was thrilled when they asked us to work with them again and style some items from our latest "fixes" for a guest post which will be featured on their blog later this week!  In the meantime though, I wanted to give all of you a sneak-peek into one of the outfits I styled over the long weekend featuring this adorable (and very reasonably priced!) I headed up to Napa this weekend with my older sister and a fun crew. I was so excited to get out of the city and enjoy wine country. And that it was actually warm enough to wear shorts, my legs have not seen sun in quite awhile. We indulged in lots of vino, a sing along to "Call me Maybe" and a quick photo shoot in the vineyard thanks to the big sister.

My goal while traveling in Europe was to only shop at stores I didn't have access to while at home.  (I know that technically Topshop doesn't count as you can shop there online in the US but let's ignore that for the moment).  One store that I was extremely excited to get access to was COS, which is an ultra chic and minimalist sister store to H&M.  I ended up purchasing this relaxed fit knit dress and a super cute sweater top that I'll be sure to post on the blog shortly.  As much as I love this dress, the subtle pattern caused it to not photograph as well as I would have liked (but at least you get the idea!)  I tried to keep the overall look of the outfit very casual, from jacket to shoes to hair!

I hope that everyone has an amazing long weekend and can enjoy some extra time off!

I wore this to brunch the other weekend with some girlfriends. Luckily, they were nice enough to stop and take some quick shots for me. I am still on the job hunt and am look for something in digital media with a fashion focus. If you know of any good leads, send them my way!

My love for polka dot's continues. I have polka dot heels and now I have added these trousers to my polka dot collection. I recently told you about my dot craving here and I finally found the black & white polka dot pants that I had been on the hunt for.  I can't believe Memorial Day is right around the corner. I have no plans other than to enjoy the long weekend and maybe sneak in a trip to wine country.

This year Whit and I decided to forgo the craziness that is Bay To Breakers and instead had quite a productive Sunday!  We started off the day at the DSW San Francisco Union Square opening party and had to restrain ourselves from buying out the entire store (more pics from the event here)!  After that we headed over to Hayes Valley for a delicious brunch to celebrate a friend's birthday.  It was actually warm in the city so I decided to break out the shorts and paired them with my new spring tweed blazer and some heels.  Hope everyone had a great weekend!
