It's always hard to feel chic and fashionable in cold weather and even harder to dress chic when its raining on you. When the clouds come in I normally go straight for comfort and warmth. My solution on trying to keep the dressy element but still be cozy warm is adding lots of layers and tights! This is also a good example for repurposing your summer dresses for winter.
