I have been making self-care more of a priority in my life and with that comes being active and working out. I recently shared my 6 tips to start working out – as previously the gym and I were not friends. I have really embraced incorporating working out into my daily routine and I am seeing the results. I have gotten quite a few request on Instagram to share my workout for my ab routine. I always recommend starting off your workout with stretching to ensure you are loose and limber before you begin any exercises. I am wearing Alala fire red leggings and Nike top, sports bra and shoes.
